Travel and Landscape Photography

Here you find some basic information on my current photography equipment. Over time I will likely change lenses and bodies as there are always new ongoing developments. 

One of my favorite landscape photographers is Ansel Adams. And also National Geographic gives often valuable inspiration.

Marathon running

I am an enthusiastic runner, who started with marathon and ultra runs in 1996. Over time I developed to a trail- and mountain-runner and nowadays my favorite runs are usually longer than 40km and take place within beautiful mountain scenery. I especially like runs in remote areas with not so much civilization and infrastructure. As events I can highly recommended the Laugavegur ultra, the Keppler Challenge and also the Mustang Trail Run.

Amazing Landscapes

I am a very experienced hiker who does not shy away from difficult, demanding routes. My biggest adventures took place in New Zealand, Iceland, Alaska and Patagonia.
